Save lots of money in future repair costs by preventing small problems from becomming large ones. It is very important to have your exercise equipment maintenance scheduled on a regular basis to ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and others. When the equipment is neglected for a long period of time, bolts and screws can come loose causing parts to fall off or break. Wiring can become exposed causing electrical safety hazards. Weight stack cables can crack and frey allowing someone to get cut by the exposed cable. Dust and lack of airflow can cause electronics to overheat or possibly catch on fire. - Cleanliness - clean dust and dirt out from inside and under the treadmill
- Cosmetics - check plastic covers for sharp or broken edges and missing screws and replace where possible.

- Mechanical - check link arms, ramps, pivot parts, drivebelts, flywheel and framework for anything loose and perform necessary lubrication and adjustments.
- Electronics - test the electronics and wiring for function, performance, calibration and integrity.
- Cleanliness - clean dust and dirt out from inside and clean ramps and rollers
- Cosmetics - check plastic covers for sharp or broken edges and missing screws and replace where possible.
Bikes (Upright, Recumbant, and Spinner)

- Mechanical - check seat, tension adjustment, handlebars, drivetrain, pullpins, adjustment knobs and framework for anything loose and perform necessary lubrication and adjustments.
- Cosmetics - check plastic covers for sharp or broken edges and missing screws and replace where possible.
Stairclimbers
- Mechanical - check chains, drivetrain, pedals, link arms, brake mechanism, and framework for anything loose and perform necessary lubrication and adjustments.
- Electronics - test the electronics and wiring for function, performance, calibration and integrity.
- Cosmetics - check plastic covers for sharp or broken edges and missing screws and replace where possible.
Weight Stack Machines
- Mechanical - check guide rods, cables, pull pins, pivot parts, and framework for anything loose and perform necessary lubrication, calibration, and adjustments.
- Upholstry - check for holes and cracks and loose pads and determine the appropiate course of action.

Damage Reports
If your equipment was damaged and you need to assess how much it will cost to repair it back to the way it was for insurance purposes, we can create a detailed report of our findings, and prepare a quote for the expected repair cost.
